Higher Recommended calorie is displayed.

As “Physical activity level” increases, Recommended calorie” gets higher.

■ Activity level
● Sedentary
Unless you do at least 30 minutes per day of intentional exercise, you are considered sedentary.
● Low active
Daily exercise that is equal to walking for 30 minutes at 4mph. For an adult of average weight, this amount of exercise will burn about 130-160 additional calories.
● Active
Daily exercise that is equal to walking for 1 hour and 45 minutes at 4mph. For an adult of average weight, this amount of exercise will burn about 470-580 additional calories.
● Very active
Daily exercise that is equal to walking for 4 hours and 15 minutes at 4mph. For an adult of average weight, this amount of exercise will burn about 1,150-1,400 additional calories.

If you feel Recommended calorie is too high, set lower activity level accordingly.

It is appropriate to adjust Recommended calorie to above or below 200 kcal.
※ In case that Recommended calorie is 1,600 kcal, between 1,400 and 1,800 kcal is proper.

With lower Physical activity level, Recommended calorie seems too high for you, feel free to fix it within the limits of proper calorie.
