I can not log in.

When you cannot log on, there are two possible reasons. 

■ Possibility of different email address
You might have input an email address which differs from the one you have registered for Asken Diet. Please check again whether you have enrolled as a member with another email address, or the email address is incorrect.

■ Possibility of the wrong password
The password is personal information. For security reasons, Asken Diet does not keep our users’ passwords. Unfortunately, you will have to reset your password. Go to “Forgot password” in the app login menu.

To reset your password, go to “Forgot password” in the login menu.
